My interview experience with IGE left me with a very negative impression of the company’s leadership. During my conversation with the founder and owner, his tone felt rude, dismissive, and disrespectful, which made the interaction genuinely uncomfortable.
What stood out most was not that the interview was challenging, but the way the conversation was handled. Rather than feeling like a professional and respectful exchange, it felt discourteous and unnecessarily unpleasant. At several points, I felt that my background and work were being minimized instead of fairly evaluated.
I also asked reasonable questions about the role, including the day-to-day responsibilities, how the position had evolved, and what success would look like. Unfortunately, the overall tone of the conversation did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from company leadership.
Interviews are a two-way process, and this experience raised concerns about the company’s culture and how candidates are treated.
