First was the phone interview with HR, after I submitted CV. I saw job post on their website. After that I had couple of skype, group and 1 on 1 interviews with different people including marketing manager, HR, data scientist and CEO. Even though the process was not fast, it was very enjoyable, since the people were really respectful and professional. I didn't have a feeling that I was interrogated, like on many other interviews, but the point was to see whether we can work together and bring value to the business. This was, aside from the positions itself, one of the main reasons why I accepted the job offer, since it reflected the company culture.
