I made it to the second interview but was ultimately ghosted despite following up multiple times. The connection didn’t feel particularly strong in that second round, but for a smaller agency, dropping off without any communication, especially after multiple interviews, left a poor impression.
It was straight forward and they communicated really well throughout the process. My second interview felt strange in that we started with me asking questions first - it threw me off a little.
