one of the more thoughtful interview processes i've seen for a senior role. good org, good people, and a real opportunity to establish yourself. worth your time. solid interview process detailed, exec-level, and actually meaningful. the kind of org where you can genuinely learn something. if you get a chance, go for it.

Interview
Easy, comfortable and approachable. The guy who interviewed me was a senior director there and very easy to talk to. We started with talking about some ad campaigns and went on to talk about our travels.
