I applied online. I interviewed at Interactive Investor (Manchester, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
I passed the first stage interview and scheduled my second and final stage when I was told a couple days before the second stage that due to some internal movement in the business that there is no longer a vacancy available at the level you were interviewing for. Complete waste of my time and efforts. If you are unsure on a job post, don't put it out there.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Interactive Investor in Feb 2025
Interview
Very streamlined, which is good, taking into consideration the company size.
1) Initial call with the Engineering Manager
2) An on-site 2h session combining a technical assignment and competency-based questions

Can you tell me about a time when you faced a tight deadline and how you handled it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Interactive Investor (Manchester, England) in Nov 2024
Interview
Mostly good and typical interview. Not very difficult questions but even though they say pairing session, it's not really. It's you and a tech lead observing you. You can google anything which is a bit odd but it's ok. Didn't get an offer but seemed like a good place.
