They called me because a common friend had talked well about me. They wanted few contacts to call but safe. They wanted to be sure I had enough experience in hr management.

They asked me i f i were flexible in tierm of contract and working time
The also asked me If I was ready for the challenge to enter a company were all the main keys were in the hands of only one top manager with whom I should have had to "create" (mandatory!) a good relationship
