End of July/beginning of August I was contacted to set up a screening call with their recruiter which went very well. Then I scheduled a follow up with another person which was also a call. That one left a lot to be desired but apparently it was good enough because I was contacted to do a 3rd round. And it was 2hrs long. I began to question my desire for the position because it seemed excessive. I have never had that long of an interview before let alone after 2 prior calls. I did it anyway because It was not a choice for me being unemployed and with bills to pay. The video interview went okay but was 2hrs of being asked the same questions repeatedly in varying ways. Since I read the glassdoor review, at the end I asked when I could expect a follow-up. I was told Friday of that week I interviewed. Very soon but i took them at their word. Not expecting much after reading the glassdoor reviews I was not shocked when Friday came and went with no follow-up. These are red flags of a company that you only see when you are not hired. However, during these times and with the response they left on the last review you’d think they would have the decency or actual willingness to do better and respond via email to ALL candidates. They have yet to respond or follow-up which shows a lack of care for potential team members which is surprising given how much they boasted about they’re work environment. You are dealing with people who are unemployed and have wasted a month going through a process with your company and you can’t send them an email thanking them for their time and declining the position. It speaks to their actual values as a company. I am glad that I didn’t get chosen for a position here. Unless you are willing to go through 3 hour+ long interviews and be “ghosted” don’t bother. They clearly don’t have the value and professionalism they proclaim. Very convenient a few days after posting this they send an email. As if anyone would still want a job that takes almost a month to contact you. Proves even more I dodged a bullet. Don’t tell people a deadline and not update them by then basic professionalism. Also, they never asked for references not sure that’s common.
