I was contacted by a recruiter after applying. We chatted for about 15-20 minutes. She was extremely positive and said the team would love to speak with me, so she scheduled my next interview.
The next interview was a zoom appointment, so I made sure to look presentable. When the meeting started, the interviewer didn’t use video, which is fine, but it’s nice to know beforehand. Turns out he was driving. We were once interrupted by 30 second of repetitive honking and at one point he even dropped his phone under his seat. Otherwise, no difficult questions were asked and we seemed to have a nice conversation.
They never contacted me again after 2-3 follow up emails. The position is still open two months later.
