      Business Development Manager Interview

      Oct 29, 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Houston, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Intermoor (Houston, TX)

      Interview

There was an initial screening interview with Acteon Group's HR through MS Teams. Once she thought there was a skill match, she recommended me for a second interview. This second one was with the hiring manager and HR rep. After the second, there was a third and last interview. This was the most challenging one because it included all the company's senior leadership, including the president. There were six people, including the hiring manager, the president, and the HR rep.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Each person in the meeting asked many questions, primarily on experience and behavioral questions, trying to understand how to handle some situations.
