What will you offer this company to make it better?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at International Automotive Components (Springfield, TN) in May 2014
Interview
Upon initial contact from the recruiter, I actually interviewed 2 days later. The interview was extremely casual, mostly behavioral situational questions about my leadership style and interpersonal strengths. Not much at all about my other skills and experience in Injection molding, Lean mfg, 5s, Kaizen, etc.
