Interview
They make you do a one-way video and then a written test. The video had some tech issues but they let me re-do the test at a later time. Overall it was very direct and easy. There is no rejection email though, so I did follow up to ask for one but it’s very very generic response.

My experience with IISD was disheartening. The initial interview stages, which involved digital recording without human interaction, felt humiliating and uncomfortable. Despite multiple rounds of interviews and providing references, I was abruptly ghosted with no communication. Additionally, the offered salaries for the positions were significantly below industry standards. The lack of professionalism and disregard for candidates' experiences and time left a negative impression of the company.
