I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at International (Lisle, IL) in Feb 2016
Interview
I connected with the company at an academic career fair and was offered a pre-screen interview the next day. After that, I was contacted about an on-site interview in Lisle and went a week or two later. The on-site included dinner the night before and a tour of the facility along with three interviews with different teams of two people. They took three weeks between interview and offer, which is way to long for a company of that size.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at International in Oct 2023
Interview
Two day-long process, which includes 2 45 minute interviews, and several hours of presentation that you must attend and actively participate in. Huge waste of time, especially for the candidates who they know they'll reject after the first interview. They also took several weeks to respond and ignored all follow-up emails, which is very unprofessional and extremely rude.
The interview was very straight forward and was not at all intimidating and the people who I spoke with were very nice. I really enjoyed speaking with them and I heard a follow up shortly after.
