The screening interview was scheduled for 20 minutes, three panelists and HR. Each asked 1 question, and I was advised to keep my answers short (3 mins). It honestly felt very rushed, I can't even recall specific questions other than the standard "tell us about yourself". There was technical detail required in responses, which I believe 3 mins were not enough to respond. No one looked like they wanted to be there, yet I was invited to the second round. Standard communications assessment: article + campaign. 2 hours timed test, I finished in the nick of time.
