Interviews were good, but difficult to arrange and communication afterwards was terrible. Was left for several weeks with no contact. My emails were ignored. I had to send a final email saying I would assume there was no interest if I hadn't been contacted by a deadline to get a response. Very unnervingly for international applicants

Lasted about 30 minutes and asked the usual typical questions for teachers - why teaching, why IES, how to cater to the needs of diverse student profile. Discussed the job description, job scope of position, student profiles, staff dynamic and salay expected salary.

Interview
A casual interview over google meets. It is a one on one interview where you get to know them and they get to know you. The meeting is only 30 minutes long and they allow you to learn about the school and ask your own questions. They let you know what they think your strengths are which I thought was really sweet.
