The interview process consisted of four rounds: an initial conversation with an HR recruiter, followed by interviews with the hiring manager, two team designers, and finally the CEO.
While the process was thorough, the take-home assignment phase was frustrating due to unclear instructions. I was asked to redo the task without much guidance, and it became apparent that I was no longer being considered for the role. Given the extensive expectations for a minimum wage position, the overall experience felt like a poor use of time. In hindsight, I’m relieved it didn’t move forward considering the company culture, pay and work.
