3 step process. One Teams meeting with HR, then in person interview with Managers, a creative assessment, and then in person meeting with Chief Sales Officer. They ended up hiring internally which is very frustrating since you would think they would have searched internally first before wasting everyone else's time. I think they just used it as an excuse to get free ideas from the creative assessment. Besides that, everyone I interviewed with were very lovely and knowledgeable and seemed like a family-oriented company to work for.
