first interview is with hr then second with hiring manager. practice behavioral questions and the simple question tell me about your self. second interview is with 2 people. usually is 30 min or less.
Overall very nice interviewers who asked the basic questions and made you feel comfortable the entire time. Had audio difficulties when connecting to the chat, but they were very nice and accommodating.

Video interview - very relaxed and conversational. Enjoyed the meeting, however I never heard from Intersection again.
It’s always disappointing being ghosted by a company. Respect the candidates who are interested in your company and take the time to interview for a position. It doesn’t take much effort to send an email thanking them for their time and letting them know the company decided to move in a different direction.
