Application process included long list of questions, followed by a small written task, then a group interview and small interview on the same day. Honestly, I found the group interview quite strange- started with an introductory section where you had to talk about a random question for on minute (they are timing you). The question I got was something a long the lines of what is you favourite place and why (which I found quite invasive but more importantly, irrelevant) and then the rest of the group had to ask you more questions about your question. Then you had to do a small task together which was okay. The initial application questions seemed more apt for the interview (skills based questions and experience questions) than the actual interview questions (which were along the lines of how would you make a worksheet inclusive or how would you plan a trip to London which seemed more fitting for the written task). Honestly felt like a waste of a whole day and the interviewers also seemed to have made up their minds in the first couple minutes.
