1st call included live test and situational questions. 2nd interview was a pre-prepped task with a prompt. that was presented to 2 other team members. After presenting the task they said there was no right or wrong way to approach the task but then continued to tell me what they wished I would have presented which also went against their own prompt.

In the very first interview, they wanted to see how I think so they had me share my screen and walk them through what was basically an SEO quiz and gave them zero insight as to how I would approach SEO.
It was such a strange approach and an uncomfortable part of the interview. To me, it seemed like they, an SEO team, had no idea how to properly interview an SEO. The team was pleasant but I wasn't sad to not get called back in.
