Overall well organized interview process. There was a first phaze of interview with the human resources department representatives which had a rather short duration of about 30 minutes. Second round of interview was held with the department manager and lasted about 1 hour.
Average, not a lot of questions, manageable, one hour, two interviewers, they asked also about character, what is the professional experience, skills, previous jobs, notice period, expected salary, if you like remote

Smooth and fruitful. However, the HR Team was not aligned with the Team Leader I was interviewed and the job offer was altered from the discussed one. The conditions of the contract were not met with my expectations.
