Interview
It began with a Phone Interview that went over all of the standard questions. IE do you know about the job and what do you know about the company. It also asked about who I was as a person in my field. The In person Interview was more of a personality portion to see if I would fit in with the culture.

Based on my resume they asked me a few technical questions but a lot of it were questions based on my personality and if I would mesh with the upbeat culture here well.
