I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Intuitive (Sunnyvale, CA)
Interview
Very Bad. First time I went to their open house. The Rep told me that he will call the hiring manager and let me know. I can jut keep going straight. I ended up in the hall way and couldn't reenter the interview area. Very rude HR rep. He should have been honest, not lie in my face. HR called me several times for different positions, every time they seem to tell me that they will call me later without any call back. Last time I did get a call from hiring manager who invited me for an on site interview. Typical questions, but one was not to my liking. Why Should we hire you when there were several qualified people that are welling to get a pay cut to work for IS. After the actual interview, I never got any email or notification, even though the hiring manager mentioned getting back to me with in a week time.
I am sorry you had a poor interview experience. However, we here at Intuitive do not do hiring open houses. Providing a good candidate experience is something we take very seriously and this process does not sound familiar. Is it possible that you have mistaken us for another organization?

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Intuitive (Sunnyvale, CA)
Interview
It seems like there can sometimes be a disconnect between what recruiters believe candidates bring to the table and what hiring managers are ultimately looking for. The process can move either very fast or very slowly. I’ve gone through two different interview processes, and for one of them, I still haven’t heard back, and the role is still open.

Walk me through your resume and share what you learned from each role and why you moved on
Prescreened by hiring manager and recruiter. Interviewed with multiple panels that included peers, supervisors and management. Each group was for about 45 mins. A lot of open ended questions and wanted a lot of examples.
