Interview
I had two phone screenings before the on-site interview round. The first phone call was with the recruiter. Next person who called me was the hiring manager. Both conversations were about my background and industry experience.

Question 1
No technical questions asked. They told me there are multiple interview rounds and the first one is mostly about cultural fitting and comprehensive evaluation of the candidate. Questions asked included: "What's your managerial style?", "How do you handle difficult employees?," "How to deal with gifted people who behave like jerks?" and others.
