I applied online. I interviewed at Intuitive in Nov 2020
Interview
Applied online, heard back within a couple days they wanted to interview. Sent me a form to fill out with many questions about past experience. The form basically took the place of talking with HR/a recruiter. Which was great because my HR guy was meh and the only subpar part of the entire interview process (randomly didn't respond to some emails, etc) First interview was 30 min with hiring manager. I was told fairly quickly that I would be moved forward. 45 min presentation with 15 min Q&A about a past relevant project. Got a lot of great questions. ~5ish 1 on 1 interviews. Good mix of behavioral and technical questions in the one on ones. Appreciated the fact that everyone I talked with had been at intuitive for at least ~5 years. Was given the job offer within a couple weeks of the final interview round.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Intuitive
Interview
After call with recruiter I had three independent virtual interviews - one with direct hiring manager, one parallel manager, one peer. Good mix of technical questions, work experience questions and description of the role.

Question 1
How would you design the robot to safely exit the patient in the event of loss of power.
Had a Recruiter screening call, then initial hiring manager call, then another 1-1 interview call with team member, and then an onsite presentation and panel interview with XF team members. Took about 2-3 months in all before receiving final decision.
