I went through a standard screening process along with several 45 minute long interviews. I was also asked to give an extensive presentation on digital marketing strategy. The interviews were straightforward enough, but in retrospect the presentation felt a lot like the company was using it as a way to receive free consulting work. There was lots of preparation work on my end and very little in the way of meaningful questions/response on the Inventia side.
The most frustrating part about engaging with this company was their lack of decisiveness and communication following the series of interviews. I repeatedly asked for updates over the course of roughly three weeks following the interview but receiving ambiguous responses each time. Ultimately I was rejected for the role after being strung along for several weeks. In hindsight, this was a blessing as I am glad I did not join an organization with these sorts of communication deficiencies and behaviors exhibited towards job seekers.
