A woman contacted me and we had a phone screening conference. Then I came in for an interview really early in the morning and waited in the small main office for over an hour before someone came to get me. I met with 2 directors and a teacher in another small office and the interviewers kept stepping out of the room during my interview. They asked questions about discipline approach, data, and some personal information. They seemed to focus on who I was as a person.
