Cliff Thomas interviewed me in 2013. I was asked to deliver a demo lesson to a small group of students, on any topic. This was followed by a 1-1 interview and brief tour of the school.

Interview
Started with a phone call about 45 minutes with the recruitment manager, and then after two days, I was invited in to meet with the administration team. I met with two directors and one coach. After being asked to wait for 20 minutes or so, I was invited to speak with the executive director. She spoke with me about the vision for the school and gave an overview of what to expect. I didn't have to do a demo lesson because it's summertime and there are no students in school.

Question 1
Questions were varied. They asked about my classroom management approach, my familiarity with certain curriculum, experiences at my previous schools, etc. They also asked personal questions, like what I like to do in my spare time. They genuinely wanted to know about me as a person.
