Online and not transparent enough. Even if you get through the interview you might be denied a contract. Their response to emails are also terrible. Lack of transparency through the whole process. The hourly pay is good though.

Confusing, still cannot figure out what i did. Interview pattern has changed significantly now. It is all computerized, with no real interviewers involved; which is not a problem, but made the process

The entire process was done without meeting a person. There was a test gorilla c2 English and Critical thinking stage; there was also a stage where I was tested by being asked to provide prompts and responses that satisfy conditions considered when training an AI

I was given a prompt and 3 different prompts and asked to pick one which should be most fitting.

The screening process was very lengthy, first will be the English timed test. Then a SFT type assessment, which is typically the entire process but in my case they was and additional 3 assessment catering to the specific project I would take. Overall for this position there isn't an actual interview just multiple screening.
