I had a great phone interview with a recruiter, who confirmed they’d be reaching out in a couple business days to schedule next steps, as the role was hiring urgently. I never heard back from him, and ended up reaching out a few days into the week asking for any updates, and have still never heard back. I’ve never been ghosted by a recruiter before this, so I have to wonder what’s going on internally that there’s no follow up on the urgent positions. My experience started great, but unfortunately ended unprofessionally on the part of InvoiceCloud.
