The interview was over zoom. She shared about the company and position and then asked me some questions about myself and my career goals. Overall, it was a good process.
Three rounds of interviews with HR person and a manager. 1st was quick, 2nd involved some reading and questions about a scientific study, 3rd required a presentation on a product of your choice.

First call was a behavioral screening with HR, second call was a technical interview with hiring manager and HR, and the third and final interview was a presentation on a product from CVS Pharmacy.
