I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Iron Mountain (Bengaluru) in Nov 2013
Interview
It's very nice and they have 1st round from HR,then technical, then 3rd round manager and then on-site and finally senior manager/directior.
Overall int process is very standard ,but they will take time since too many round one after another .And also HR communicate properly and will have nice discussion. They will take all round face to face as they will not prefer telephonic mostly

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Iron Mountain (Bengaluru) in Jan 2013
Interview
alright, smooth. there were 5 rounds. twice with HR, 3 times with managers/ skill set relevance. HR rounds are very easy. Technical questions depend on one's experience and background. Negotiations to be done while salary discussions as they hardly increase pay afterwards
