Have you ever had to deal with a customer or client who is disappointed or angry? How did you deal with the same
Online, very formal and lengthy. It was conducted with a senior member of staff and a paralegal. First they set you a task which you have 30-45 mins to complete and then you move on the actual interview.
The Interview process was fairly straightforward. The Interview process took about a week. I had an interview with 2 members of the team. One Partner and One Senior Solicitor. They were both friendly and left a good impression on me. Although there were some technical difficulties during the interview, but it felt more like a conversation.
