Interview
I had an approximately 45 minute phone interview with an HR person who was calling from Toronto. The position was in Vancouver. She spent about 20 minutes describing what the company did and how it worked and then the last 25 minutes were spent on pretty standard soft skills interview questions. She didn't ask any technical questions.

Interview
It was a short 30 min interview. An HR girl spent about 10 minutes describing the company, so the interview was really short. She also did not ask any technical questions. There is a high chance that the second interview exists after the phone interview. If you are a good speaker, you will be fine.
