Filled online application and followed it up. It was an on site interview. Showed me around while asking questions around. It was very friendly and people were willing to help.

Question 1
It was based on past experience, if i had any problems with working long hours. Medical conditions, limitations. Working hours, weather problems. Pretty basic since i had good records and recommendations.
