Interview
Questions were fairly easy. Just asked about stuff on my resume and talked about why I wanted to work for them and life goals. Interview was with 2 clinic directors
Super easy and casual. Basic questions about experience and how comfortable you are with medical terminology and customer service/patient interaction. Nothing out of the ordinary and basic questions. There was a section where I “shadowed” the current aides to get a feel of the office which was very informative.

Interview
The Clinic Director interviewed me and asked me what my future career plans were, why I was a good candidate for the job, and other generic interview questions. After the interview I received a call with the job offer and did all my training soon after!
