Interview
Phone interview, face to face interview, another phone interview. Although there were multiple steps/interviews it went pretty fast. The worst part I felt is that it was a "right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing".
One thing that was NEVER asked was my desired pay range. During the interview process, it is not suggested for you as the job hunter to bring up this topic - so I just went with all the different interviews.
