Unstructured and free flowing, but they're more concerned on how much your asking salary is. Otherwise, basic interview questions were asked by first Human Resource associate / then hiring manager.

Interview
Undergo Preliminary Interview by HR BP, which simply tackled my past work experiences, as well as sought compensation. Afterwards, I get interviewed by Manager of that Business Unit. Questions asked were basically the same but there were some technical questions relevant to the position I am applying for.

Interview
UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL hiring team and management. They retracted my JO/hiring 1 business day before my starting day.
Saw several red flags from HR and management from the beginning:
1. They tend to do verbal agreements and no black and white documentations.
2. They gave me verbal confirmation on my asking starting date since their JO triggered my resignation at my prev company and I would have to render 30 days as enforced by the labor law. Later on they would change their mind and request me to start sooner. I would have to document on my end the convo and agreements because they DO NOT officially document any verbal agreements.
3. They are unresponsive and would take days before they respond to my follow ups on the start date revision on my JO — both on email and Viber.
4. The last straw is they called me late in the afternoon, 1 business day before my starting date and told me that they will withdraw my JO
since they found someone who could start sooner AKA 1 business day before my start date.
5. Bonus red flag: it was mentioned during the interview that the whole marketing team moved to diff companies and they’re trying to rebuild the team. If a whole team left, then something concerning may have happened.
This is the first time I encountered such an unethical hiring process. If they could have told me sooner and have been honest with me in the beginning about their doubts in hiring, then I could have still retained my job at my prev company and would not be jobless because of them. I hope nobody else would experiences this. Apply to this company at your own risk.
They should develop a more ethical, professional and humane management of their team, people and applicants. Their career and financial stability rides on your hiring process so DO NOT get their hopes up and give false job offers. Train your people to live out integrity and honesty and document agreements and actually follow through with your advice to your applicants.
