apply online, wait to see if you pass first screning, call you in and have an in pperson intervew with a manager of sorts. Explain process ask simple questions sowed you around and see how you interacted with other employees. Put in front of computer to answer quuestions
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Interview
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
