The interview process was quite pleasant and painful. After an initial phone interview, I was flown out to their headquarters in Plano for an in person interview where I interviewed with a panel as well as took a computer assessment.

Describe a time where you were the leader of the group and had a conflict within your group. How did you go about resolving it?
Started off with a speed , after a week there wasn’t any response from the recruiter even after constant follow ups.When the candidate has dedicated their time for the interview process and also in preparation for the interview , they have the full right to know the feedback!For me Overall a Very bad experience!
