I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JCPenney (Plano, TX) in Aug 2018
Interview
I was referred by current employee. HR called to do a phone screen interview and during that time I determined it would be a great opportunity. HR followed up and schedule in-person interviews for a few days later. In-person interviews were done over 2 hours speaking to multiple different leaders. It was very laid back and comfortable environment to have conversations about my experience and what I'm looking for in this opportunity.
