Interview
Group interview. 3 managers and 8 candidates. Very extensive. Had opportunity to come up with marketing campaign and work hands on with others but just part time retail and felt it was over the top. Then had mock sales experience on retail sales floor. Called back and had interview with store manager. I felt like I was interviewing for management. Did well in all aspects but never got back with ne or returned calls.
It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

Interview
I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.
Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
