      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Plano, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JCPenney (Plano, TX) in Dec 2019

      Interview

After a 3 hour interview, I received a tour of the campus. The recruiter told me to expect an email back within two days. I thanked the recruiter in person, sent a follow-up email the same day later in the afternoon. I sent another follow-up email a day after I was told to expect an email. The next week, I sent another email to follow-up. I have yet to receive a reply and it's been about 3 weeks.

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at JCPenney (Plank, TX) in Dec 2019

      Interview

The interview process took about 5 weeks (It took longer because it was during Black Friday and Cyber Monday). There were 3 rounds of interviews, the first being a screening call with HR, then a call with the Hiring Manager, and finally a 3 hour in person interview with multiple people in the department. Overall, the process went very smoothly. They kept me informed on my application status, responded to my emails in a timely manner, and were very organized and friendly.
