Received an email about potential career opportunities for seasonal jobs with JCPenney. Applied on a Sunday at 11-something pm. Got a call back about my application the next afternoon because of my previous retail experience. Set up an interview the next day, aced the interview and was offered a position as a seasonal hire for operations associate.

Very fast process, scheduled an interview over the phone about 2 weeks after applying online. Interview was fast and my interviewer was very friendly. I was offered the job on the spot.
