Interview
I had gotten a call within the week of applying on snag a job. There was a short phone interview where she had asked about myself and asked if I was interested in full time or part time, there wasnt any real interview questions being asked. After we spoke for a few minutes we scheduled an in person interview, on the day of the interview she took me to the conference room. She looked over my resume that I had brought in and asked me "What does customer service mean to you?" After I answered she said okay which position would I be interested in, after reading off the positions I went with sales support to start off. I worked through the holidays and was hired permanently. I have been working there now for two and a half years and moved up to a customer service sales specialist in the Home department. JCP was my first job and you dont need any previous experience to get the job.

Question 1
I didnt expect to be asked just one question. It was the easiest and fastest interview I have ever done. The interview process now has multiple basic retail questions. Some of my co workers had to have two interviews instead of one, guess its just up to them.

Interview
It was in a very professional and comfortable setting in the store. And it was conducted with the store and salon manager at that location. Both of the managers were kind and professional.
It was a group interview which led to an individual interview with a supervisor. If you pass the first round you have a higher chance of getting hired on for a position
Interview process went smoothly. Asked behavioral questions and situational questions that catered to how you deal with a variety of customer personalities. Also asked about previous employment roles. Offered a job on the first interview.
