Interview
Group interview. We built a tower of blocks as a team(6 ppl). Each person Took turns leading the group. It was only an hour and a half long. The manager conducting the interview explain things very well. After the blocks game, he told us what positions were open and what JCPenney was looking for in an employee. He answered all our questions. It was by far one of the best interview experiences I've ever had. It was fun & Low stress.

Question 1
We were asked to introduce ourselves and describe a little about our background work experience.
It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

Interview
I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.
Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
