I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JCPenney
Interview
Overall, it was a good process and very well organized. They had me come back on three different occassions. Once because the senior manager had been traveling and once because I was going to have a different manager than I had originally interviewed with. I was able to meet several people
on team, which was nice.
