Quick and easy, it was a group interview.They handed us a piece of paper that had different sale scenarios and we had to pitch ideas. They told us to wait in the break room when we were done and called us one by one to tell us if we got the job or not.

It was in a very professional and comfortable setting in the store. And it was conducted with the store and salon manager at that location. Both of the managers were kind and professional.
It was a group interview which led to an individual interview with a supervisor. If you pass the first round you have a higher chance of getting hired on for a position
