I applied online, got a call within 2 weeks. The interview process took no more than 2 hours for me. They ask you about your availability for work, they make you do a practice run on the floor (pretending to help customer) and last thing they make you do is do a communication exercise with other applicants.

They ask you and maybe two other applicants to build a specific structure together using blocks. Each person has about 15 seconds to explain to the others how to go about building the structure.

Interview
It was in a very professional and comfortable setting in the store. And it was conducted with the store and salon manager at that location. Both of the managers were kind and professional.
It was a group interview which led to an individual interview with a supervisor. If you pass the first round you have a higher chance of getting hired on for a position
