Interview
Got a message on LinkedIn woth a link. I applied online. Got a phone interview with an AI chat bot. I then got scheduled for a live interview on computer. I then took an assessment Taz knowledge test. I was able to access the IRS website during the test but you are not allowed to use any other websites (they are tracking your camera and screen). I got an offer the same day and phone call congratulating me.

For my PTIN, how many taxes I have done. You need 2 seasons experience and at least 15 taxes filed each season.

Interview
Straightforward, took a skills test at the end and a speed test. Told me about the benefits, did not learn much about the position itself and what it would entail except choosing hours.
The interview process was very easy, I first received a call from AI robot, then scheduled interview with recruiter not too much to be afraid of, just speak with confidence.
