To apply for the role, I submitted a resume and cover letter. I then met with a human resources representative. It was an informal application process. I was asked what area I was interested in and they placed me according to their needs.

Applied online. The whole process took around 6 to 7 months as I lived overseas. The actual interview took placed in Hong Kong where I had one interview with the HR manager and the general manager of the department I was going to work for.
